1) A man puts a facemask on Tally.
2) The Rangers tell Tally about the helicopters and fires.
3) The Rangers explain the flowers to Tally.
4) Tally reaches the "bald head" that was in Shay's Note.
Tally has to decide weather to betray Shay and the Smoke, or to stay an Ugly with Shay
